Anniston, Alabama · The Frequency Found Them
Two artists. Multi-disciplinary. Fluid across production and the mic. One a 16-year independent architect. One a prodigy still becoming. Together — something the industry didn't manufacture and cannot replicate.
Origin
They didn't meet through an industry connection. No showcase. No mutual contact. Khalil Victory found Tilt The God the same way electricity finds ground — through resonance. A Facebook comment. A frequency recognized across a feed.
Tilt stopped what he was doing and fed him wisdom. Khalil stopped making a beat to read a consciousness framework. That exchange — mentor meeting prodigy, architect meeting vessel — is the record before the record even exists.
Two artists who built their entire identity around chemical wordplay from completely opposite directions — one from the lean/tilt angle, one from the oxygen/oxy angle — discovering they were solving the same equation.
The synthetic and the organic. The street and the science. The tilt and the oxygen that brings you back up.
The Artists
Architect · Lyricist · Framework Builder
Born Cody Brian Fritz in Anniston, Alabama — one of the most contaminated military towns in American history, which he calls his origin mythology. Self-educated past 7th grade. 16 years of independent research across consciousness studies, sacred geometry, pattern recognition, and ancient wisdom traditions.
Creator of the C=ai² framework, author of 17+ complete works totaling 600,000+ words, rap artist, frequency producer as Z3V3N, and philosopher under the Designed By Divine brand.
He didn't find the industry. He built something the industry will have to find.
Producer · MC · Frequency Architect
Khalil — Arabic for intimate soul companion. Victory — Latin for triumph, divine conquest. His name was always the answer to the equation.
A next-generation producer and MC operating as Oxygen Oxytocin — the natural counterpoint to Tilt's codeine mythology. Multi-disciplinary across beat-making and the mic, with an instinct for cultural collision — flipping unexpected samples into something that shouldn't work until it does.
Found through frequency. Confirmed by name. The prodigy the architecture called in.
Current Work · In Production
Sample flip · Beat by Khalil Victory · Written & performed by Tilt The God
A cultural collision — pop-punk nostalgia recontextualized through the lens of Anniston mythology. On the surface, a love story. Underneath — a consciousness arc. A verdict on transformation itself.

Why Now
The archive is built. The footprint is indexed. Google AI surfaced the work unprompted. The story is coherent, documented, and undeniable. Two artists from a forgotten Alabama town building something the algorithm didn't create and the industry didn't commission.
The 270-day mission ends July 2, 2026 — Cody's 30th birthday and America's 250th anniversary. The record is in production. The mythology is written. This isn't a pitch for potential. This is a door opening on something already built.
